Family Friday: End of the School Year & Looking Ahead
For many of us, self-quarantine is in full swing, and adjusting to a different family structure may be overwhelming. So your PPMD family is launching Family Fridays to discuss topics that impact the entire family and solutions that we hope will help you make the most out of your time together while maintaining your sanity – including some ways that our whole Duchenne family can find some fun ways to stay as active as possible while also making sure that the fight to end Duchenne remains strong.

During our May 15, 2020 Family Friday on Facebook Live, we were joined by a longtime friend of PPMD, Pat Moeschen, and three 2020 graduates from the Duchenne community. The panelists reflected on this past year, including the unexpected adjustment to school during a pandemic, and talked about future plans.
Celebrate the Class of 2020!
Graduations and moving up ceremonies are especially important to our community. That’s why this month, in honor of the class of 2020, PPMD will be celebrating with a virtual graduation! If you have a kid with Duchenne who is graduating from middle school, high school, college, grad school, or even moving up from pre-school to or kindergarten – share their accomplishment with PPMD!Feature Your Grad!
