I can’t remember ever looking forward to a new year as much as I am looking forward to 2021. Tonight, as we ring in this hopefully brighter and better new year, I will take a moment to reflect on everything we’ve accomplished as a community — a community that despite the obstacles never faltered and never wavered in its determination to end Duchenne. We have our work cut out for us in 2021, but I have no doubt that with your support, we will achieve everything we set out to do, and more.
That’s why I am asking you today to join me in supporting PPMD’s Duchenne Protein Mapping Project, a critical next step in research. Understanding the progression of Duchenne is crucial to getting us where we need to go. With this information, we can unlock breakthroughs in research that will have a profound impact on the future of Duchenne research.
