    The state of Texas presents the STEAR program. The STEAR program is a free registry that provides local emergency planners and emergency responders with additional information on the needs in their community.

  • Texas Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
    CHIP provides health insurance to eligible children under age 19 based on family size and income.   Sign-up and annual enrollment fees are based on family size and monthly income.  Co-pays will vary based on services used and family income.
