The state of Texas presents the STEAR program. The STEAR program is a free registry that provides local emergency planners and emergency responders with additional information on the needs in their community.

CHIP provides health insurance to eligible children under age 19 based on family size and income. Sign-up and annual enrollment fees are based on family size and monthly income. Co-pays will vary based on services used and family income.

HIPP is the Texas Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) program. HIPP helps families pay for Employer-Sponsored Insurance. It is a program for families with at least one person who gets Medicaid.
