Motor function and growth outcomes with early corticosteroid initiation in DMD: an adjusted cross-trial comparison

Participants of a clinical trial who were steriod naive were compared to participants who were started on daily corticosteroids. Those with daily steroids had better 12-month motor function outcome measures.
