In May 2026, Oregon's Northwest Regional Newborn Bloodspot Screening Program Advisory Board unanimously voted to move Duchenne to the next ... step in the evidence review process. Medical consultants will review the evidence regarding the impact of early diagnosis and treatment over the coming months.
