KER-065 is fusion protein combining binding domains of two receptors linked to an antibody fragment. KER-065 is designed to inhibit the function of both Myostatin and Activan-A. Reducing the activity of both proteins is proposed to increase skeletal muscle regeneration, increase muscle size and strength, and reduce fibrosis.
