Health & Well-Being

  • Healthy Montana Kids (HMK) Children’s Health Insurance Program
    HMK provides health insurance to eligible children under age 19 who have no health insurance based on family income and size.  Most families will have a co-pay not to exceed $215 annually.

  • Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver
    The HCBS Waiver provides supports and services to eligible people with disabilities that meet Nursing Facility Level of Care criteria allowing them to remain at home or in the community.  Services include case management, modifications to home or vehicle for accessibility and attendant and respite care.
