• Delaware Healthy Children Program Children’s Health Insurance Program
  Provides health insurance to eligible children under age 19 based on household income.

  Children under age 19 considered disabled by the Social Security Administration definition and meeting Nursing Facility Level of Care criteria may qualify for health insurance based on their income and assets.

• Delaware Aging and Disabilities Resource Center
  This program provides Home and Community Based Services to disabled adults over age 18 who meet Nursing Facility Level of Care criteria allowing them to remain in the community.  Services include personal care, emergency response systems, specialized medical equipment and supplies and respite services.
