Webinar Recording: COVID-19, Social Distancing & Quarantine – Coping with Stress & Anxiety

During our interactive webinar on April 8, 2020 our presenters discussed the topics of depression and anxiety during a pandemic – in both us and our children – and how to cope and find hope.
