Tips for Runners

Now that you’ve joined our team, it’s time to get to work! Your friends at Run For Our Sons want to make this experience as great as possible. That’s why we have compiled helpful tips to make training and fundraising a little easier and help you reach all of your goals.  

The Training Tips page will give you links to some of best training sites on the web.   You will be able to see sample training timelines whether you are novice, intermediate, or an advanced runner and find up-to-date information and articles on health, shoes, diet, and much more.  We want you on our team, but we want you to take care of yourself while you run for us! Make sure you take advantage of these great resources.

The Fundraising Tips page will give you information on how to create and edit your personal fundraising page, ideas on fundraisers, and how to easily raise money in simple steps. We also provide sample emails so that your friends and family understand who you are running for and why you are running for us .
