MediaParent Project Muscular Dystrophy (PPMD) is the largest nonprofit organization in the United States focused entirely on Duchenne muscular dystrophy. We take a comprehensive approach in the fight against Duchenne—funding research, raising awareness, promoting advocacy, connecting the community, and broadening treatment options. We continually share vital and up-to-date information about Duchenne to the world through the media. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and effectively connect journalists to experts on Duchenne, as well as an array of disability-related subjects.
